Is Jurojin Free?
JurojinPoker is completely free for microstakes (NL10 | MTTS $5 | $2 Spins) — no paywalls at those stakes.
Above microstakes, each feature is locked behind its bundle, so you'll need the matching subscription to use it there. In free (microstakes) mode, keep the following in mind:
- Tiling: You will only be able to use 1 Layout and no automatic switch
- Tiling: Focus Management Features & Dynamic Slots are Blocked
- Comfort features like Anti-Sitout, Online Villain Search, Font Increase and Color Stack are not included for any stake.
- Tiling: Not available on the following sites: Unibet, Sky Poker, 4Poker, Run It Once, People's Poker, Phenom Poker, Poker Baazi, Adda 52, WPT Gold, VangPoker, PPPoker.

How Many Devices Can I Use?
You can use Jurojin on all of your devices, but not simmultaneously. If you need to run Jurojin in various PCs at once, you will need multiple-accounts.
Refunds
JurojinPoker offers no refunds by default.
Refund requests may be submitted to our support team via Discord or email. Approval is at JurojinPoker's sole discretion.
The app is freemium and provides countless oportunities to test every feature and specifies it's support for each poker site.
In order to maintain the application, we quickly react against Casino's updates. Occasional maintenance days are not subject to appeal.
Support cases will be treated via Discord.
You can send an email, but Discord is the preffered channel.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Stripe)
If you pay with a credit or debit card through Stripe, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the Account section in Jurojin or through the Stripe Customer Portal (available from your Account section).
Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges. You keep full access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
If a refund is approved by our team, any pending or future charges will be cancelled and paid features will be revoked upon processing of the refund.
